How do I know which size nappy to buy?
We provide approximate sizing information in our product descriptions to help you make the best choice. Our One Size Fits Most (OSFM) cloth nappies are fully adjustable and designed to grow with your child which should make finding the right size easier.
What materials are used in your products?
A range of eco-friendly and biodegradable materials are used in all our reusable products to reduce your environmental impact. Our nappies, inserts, cloth wipes and menstrual pads are made from natural fibres such as cotton, hemp and bamboo, combined with absorbent microfleece and waterproof polyester PUL. Refer to individual product descriptions for more information.
How do I care for reusable cloth products?
It’s pretty easy to care for our reusable cloth products, with most of them able to be machine washed. Follow the care steps included in the product description or head to our Product Care [link] page for more information.
My item looks different to the photo on the website – what do I do?
Many of our products are handmade which is why they may vary slightly from the photos on our website. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so that we can sort it out for you.
How do you ensure product quality?

How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard or PayPal for online payments. We also offer Afterpay and Zip so you can buy now and pay later, helping you get your hands on your items sooner.
Are my payment details secure?
All transactions are completed using SSL technology to provide high-level encryption. We don’t store your credit card information (all online payments are handled via third-party providers), so you can shop with confidence knowing your payment details are secure.
How do you deliver and how much does it cost?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a flat shipping fee of $10 Australia-wide. Our Returns & Shipping page has more detailed information on our delivery process, including international shipping. If your order is over $150, you’ll enjoy free shipping as a thank you from us!
How long does it take for items to arrive?
Orders are sent out as soon as payment has been received and are shipped from Gunalda, QLD. Generally, our customers receive their orders within 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you haven’t received your items within 14 working days of placing your order.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Local pickup from Gunalda and Gympie (4570) QLD can be arranged. Choose local pickup as your shipping method when checking out and contact us to discuss suitable times and location for pickup. Pick up from Gympie is generally available 1-2 days per week.
Can my order be delivered to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. Before you finalise your purchase, you’ll find an option to choose a different delivery address during checkout. Fill out your details and we’ll direct your order to the right address.
What happens if I am not home when the parcel is delivered?
Don’t worry – a card will be left with instructions for collection. Should your parcel not be delivered, it’ll come back to us and we’ll be in touch to arrange re-delivery.
What do I do if my products are not right or don’t fit?
If you have received the wrong item, or your product is damaged or doesn’t fit, please contact us to arrange for the return and replacement of the item at our own cost. Check out our Returns & Shipping page for more information.
What can I do if I’m not happy with my purchase?
At Green Things, we take care to check all products before dispatch and we’re confident that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, returns for change of mind can be arranged. See our Returns & Shipping page for more details. Please note that items cannot be returned if product care advice has not been followed or if the item has been misused.
Can I return a clearance item?
Clearance item purchases are final. We can’t accept refunds or exchanges on clearance items unless they are faulty or wrongly described.
Who pays the cost of shipping returned items?
When returning an item, you are responsible for paying your shipping costs (shipping costs are non-refundable). We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to be on the safe side. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item and we take no responsibility for items that are returned to us and lost in the mail.
