Shipping is also available via express post for a flat rate of $20.00.
Orders will be sent out as soon as payment has been received. Generally, orders are received within 2-9 business days, depending on your location. Please contact Green Things if you have not received your items within 14 working days.
All products ship from Gunalda (4570) in Queensland, Australia. Local pickup from Gunalda and Gympie (4570) QLD can be arranged. Choose local pick up as your shipping method in check out. Please contact us to discuss suitable times and location for pickup. Pick up from Gympie is generally available 1-2 days per week.
International shipping rates are calculated by item weight. If you are experiencing difficulties with calculating international shipping via the website, please contact us to troubleshoot.
Please note, shipping is not currently available to the UK.
We care so much about minimizing our impact on the planet. All our parcels are shipped to you in home-compostable parcel bags. Most products are sent packaging-free. If you want to know how a particular product comes packaged, please contact us and we will let you know.
At Green Things, we are confident that you will love our products as much as we do. We take care to check all products before dispatch.
If you have received the wrong item, or a damaged item, please contact us to arrange return and replacement of the item at our own cost.
Returns for change of mind can be arranged. To be eligible for a change of mind return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving them. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. All orders include a $3 processing and handling fee. This will not be refunded for change of mind returns. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to discuss change of mind returns.
If you need to return an item, please contact us to discuss details and obtain the address to return the items to. You will need to provide proof of purchase, describe the problem, provide evidence to support your claim, and indicate your preference for repair of the item, replacement, refund or store credit.
Items are not eligible for return if the care advice has not been followed or the item has been misused.
